Upload/ add lab and imaging report

To upload lab and imaging report, go to the patient health record click on the Orders/ Results, Locate the request between the Lab, Imaging and Other. Click Expand Order, then Add Report, a pop-up window will appear to upload the file. Click on Select file button to locate the file, select the type of Lab Order, Add a note or description of the uploaded file then click on Save.
