How to add notes as a presenter?

Make sure hat you are inside the virtual encounter, just click on Encounter Documentation button 

click on Subjective scroll down to Presenter Notes and enter all your notes for the virtual consultation. 

Don't forget to click Save Subjective to reflect your notes as part of the Encounter documentation.
