Password Issue

For users who encountered access being locked - out, you may retrieve your account by following the simple guidelines below: 

1. Click on the "Forget your password" link below the Login button.

2. You will be required to enter your email address registered to CareSpan platform. Once entered, just click on Send.

3. An email notification will be received, remember that this link will expire in 15 mins. Click on the link given on the email.

4. You will be redirected to the CareSpan platform to set your new password. Password must be minimum of 8 characters consist of alpha numeric and special characters. Once created, click on Change password. 

5. You may now login to the platform using your newly created password.
