Add or review an Allergy

To add an allergy, go to the patient Health record, click on the Meds& Allergies button, and click Allergies button then Add Allergy. Once you click on it a pop-up window will appear enter the Type, Allergy, Reaction, Reaction type, Severity and Onset Date. When you’re done click on Save and then Done.
