Can I add allergies and immunizations of the patient in his/her health record?

Yes, to add allergies just go to the patient’s health record, click on the Meds & Allergies, click the Allergies tab and then click add allergy a pop-up window will appear type-in the type of Allergy, what kind of allergy, the reaction, reaction type, severity and the onset date. Once completed just click on save and done



To add immunizations, just go to the patient’s health records click on the Meds & Allergies, click Immunizations and click on Add Immunization button a pop-up window will appear type-in the immunization given to the patient, LOT number, NDC, expiry date and lastly date given. Once completed just click on save and done.
